Each camper will enjoy activities like compass orienteering, kayaking down the Susquehanna River, and primitive camping. Between getting dirty and getting wet, campers will be learning new things about God’s creation, and that God has created each one of them for something great! It will be a faster moving and more advanced program designed to sharpen debate and mock trial skills at a more competitive level. Less time will be spent on the acquisition of skill through mini-lessons and modeling and more time will be spent engaged in competitive debates, mock trials, and political campaigns. Since less time will be devoted to the direct teaching of the fundamental debate and persuasive communication techniques, campers will be engaged in more debates and mock trials throughout the week.
