Poets in the Parlor: Teen Summer Camp Reading - Springfield, IL
Our teen summer camp adventure continues with participants reading new fiction and poetry. Expect kittens, colors, an oddball character or two, and a bit of myth and mayhem.
Teen MMA Summer Camp at GCBJJ - Grove City, OH
GCBJJ will be hosting an MMA camp for teens (age 13-17). This camp will cover all aspects of MMA including: Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Conditioning. No experience necessary. Cost is $125 per teen. Only equipment they will need is a mouthpiece. We will provide all other equipment. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a couple extra changes of clothes. The participants can pack a lunch (we have a fridge and a microwave, or there are three pizza places, Arby's and Subway that are all within walking distance.

Long Tail Knits will be hosting a summer camp for students looking to learn to knit or crochet. This will be held at the store June 13 through June 17 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You will learn the basics in knit/crochet. Your choice. The cost of the camp will be $25.00 per day or $125.00 for the week. If you pay for the entire week ahead of time, you will receive a 10% discount. This does not include the cost of materials. We will be offering beginner patterns for those who are just starting out and for those who have some of the basics down, we will have intermediate beginner projects for learning other techniques and stitches. Recommended age is 10 and up. If you have any questions, please let me know by posting in the comments and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Day Camp 3 is designed for players entering grades 6th-9th next fall. Camp runs 4 days from 9am-3:30pm. Housing and meals are NOT provided. 206-379-2685

Bill DiNardo will be the head coach for our Football program. Bill is the head varsity football coach at Salesianum School and will run our quarter-backs and receivers Camp. Bill has won multiple state championships for both Middletown and Salesianum schools. Coach Bill is also the Dean of Students at Salesianum. ---------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. ---------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp.
