3D Printing and Animation - CAML Academy
This one week long camp makes what once felt like science fiction stuff - 3D printing accessible to young kids. Kids learn to sculp, texture, arrange, render and print their own 3D creation. Sports Camp week 2- Flag Football - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of flag football camp, children will focus on the fundamental skills of football such as passing, punting, kicking and defense. Agility and hand-eye coordination will also be emphasized. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship. The third hour of flag football camp will focus on the basic rules of the game such as flag guarding, off sides , false start and passing interference, as well as the scoring system for football and the duties of each position. Additionally, modified games of flag football will be played during the third hour. Ahoy Mateys! ARRRRrrr you looking for some adventure this summer? Just look for the mighty Jolly Roger flag! This week is full of pirate excitement, including many pirate stories and dramatic play. Campers will also make their own pirate costumes, treasure maps and search for buried treasure. They will have a swashbuckling good time and if they are brave enough, they may have a chance to walk the plank! See you this summer, me hearties! Earthlings Outdoor Playschool is a year-round educational experience where respect is our foundation, play our method and the natural world our medium. Earthlings focus is to inspire childrens connection with the beautiful, wondrous and magical earth that we all share, emphasizing the importance of stewardship and care for our families, our communities and our planet. All Earthlings must be potty trained (no pull-ups). Please send children with labeled (childs name) water bottle and a non-sugary snack in reusable containers. For safe play, please dress Earthlings in closed shoes, long pants and a hat. A parent (or other adult) is asked to be a helper at least one day per session.
