Skyhawks Multi Sport Camp Our multi-sport camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. For this program, we combine soccer, baseball and basketball into on fun-filled week. Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of each sport through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week you child will walk away with knowledge of multiple sports along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline. All participants receive a t-shirt, water bottle and merit award. The participant-to-coach ratio is 12:1. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, a lunch and snack, water, running shoes, a baseball glove and sunscreen. Summer Stretch Yoga Camp: Beach Theme - Marine Park Building
Weekly Theme: Beach Balance like a palm tree, roar like a lion, and stretch like a giraffe in this fun-filled yoga camp! Camp begins with a 40 minute class where students learn new poses and breathing techniques each day on an imaginary yoga adventure. Class ends by relaxing with peaceful music. After class, the excitement continues with yoga stories and games, a break for lunch, and a creative take-home art activity. Art projects are yoga themed and will relate to the poses learned that day. Fun activities throughout the week include parachute games, treasure hunts, outdoor craft time, face painting, and more! Yoga has been shown to improve focus, confidence, and coordination in children. Please bring a snack, lunch, and water.
