We'll do some outreach on Wednesday (probably giving out hot chocolate or tea at the balloon inflation) and then partner with Gobble Gobble Give to rock out Thanskgiving Morning serving--and then head home to do Thanksgiving with our own families. If you're coming from further away and want to do Thanksgiving here-that's also totally cool. Get excited and save the date!

Villa-Parke Camp Group A 6th week Jul 18 - Jul 22 - City of Pasadena
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.S.T.E.A.M. into fun with this innovative and dynamic summer camp. Villa-Parke Enrichment Camp creates an exciting learning environment that explores the five core concepts of the S.T.E.A.M. curriculum: science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Each weeks activities are based on a theme. For example, during Space Exploration Week, campers may take a field trip to the Griffith Observatory, base their art projects around the solar system, do astronaut training activities for fitness and learn space themed vocabulary in Spanish. Campers do wacky science experiments, explore technology and mathematics through Lego(R) robotics in the computer lab, complete engineering challenges and attend language lessons including American Sign Language and Spanish. The camp also incorporates traditional camp arts and crafts activities like painting, drawing and beadwork, as well as ceramics instruction and the use of pottery wheels. Daily activities include at least 90 minutes of high-energy physical fitness. Specialized sports instruction is offered for both tennis and golf. Campers participate in recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. 2016 Camp Twitch & Shout - Camp Twitch & Shout
Camp Twitch & Shout is a one-week summer camp for children and young adults between ages 8-17 who have a confirmed diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome. The Leader in Training (LIT) program is for campers who are 17 years old and have previously attended Camp Twitch & Shout for at least one summer before. The LIT program is competitive and has limited space availability. Campers seeking a spot as a LIT will need to complete an additional application and interview following registration here. Those forms will be sent separately. When ALL spaces for Camp Twitch & Shout are filled, a Wait List is started.
