This half-day camp is just the ticket for kids 6-14 years old who have expressed interest in and/or shown a talent for golf, but arent quite ready to play a full round. With the help of a Montgomery County Golf Academy instructor, campers will practice putting, chipping, driving and using irons and woods Monday-Thursday at the Driving Range. On Friday, theyll compete in a small tournament at a nearby golf course. Itll be a blast for juniors, and a great way to develop the skills needed to start playing golf with the family. SJC - Discovers 2D Animation - SJC Long Island
Computer animation 2D: Using open source and freely available software, campers will learn to create 2D environments, animate their drawings and add color and sound. These are similar to the techniques used in creating professional animated films and video games.
