Escape From City Life
Canyon Creek is just about an hour’s drive outside LA and I’m really glad we took our kids. They learned a lot about several different sports and seemed to be really excited when we picked them up. It is near a large lake and is a beautiful area. The camp was huge and had many sporting facilities. All of the equipment seemed to be new and the camp counselors were great with the kids. This summer your kids can train at East Bay Reserve Golf Course with BYU mens golf head coach Bruce Brockbank and receive instruction in the fundamentals of golf. Participants will receive instruction in short irons, long irons, woods, chipping and putting. Theyll also learn the basic fundamentals of correct grip, posture and alignment. This is your childs opportunity to train with some of the best golfers in the state including Coach Bruce Brockbank, members of his BYU golf team and East Bay Reserve staff. These coaches will spend personal time with each youth, teaching the fundamentals of golf. Additional training will include rules, etiquette, mental attitude, and conditioning. The camp is limited to 45 youth per session, so individual and small-group instruction and feedback are essential elements of the program.
