Canyon Creek is just about an hour’s drive outside LA and I’m really glad we took our kids. They learned a lot about several different sports and seemed to be really excited when we picked them up. It is near a large lake and is a beautiful area. The camp was huge and had many sporting facilities. All of the equipment seemed to be new and the camp counselors were great with the kids. Kids Latin Dance Camp - Lafayette, LA
This is an introductory course of popular Latin dances. It is appropriate for all levels of dance experience. Classical Ballet is incorporated into the curriculum to ensure proper technique is applied in all dance styles. The dancers will be split into two groups. Children ages 5-8 will attend camp from 9:00am-12:00pm. Children ages 9-12 will attend camp from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

Teen Leadership Retreat & MLK Day of Service - Vashon, WA
The Teen Leadership Retreat takes place every year in January is geared towards teens who want to learn more about leadership and to get involved in Camp Fire and Camp Sealth. The event is not limited to previous participants of Camp Fire programs; we encourage ALL interested teens to attend. Workshops will include individual leadership skills, classic camp activities, and an optional half-day service project in Seattle. StoryDance! ( for preschoolers aged 2-5) - University City Arts League
For 2-5 year olds, this weekly class combines creative movement with story time! Its a fun learning experience that builds language acquisition, developmental movement, conceptual understanding, personal expression, social skills, and creative problem solving. We will use our bodies with assistance from our expanding imaginations to move through stories to reinforce verbal literacy through the young childs strong kinesthetic intelligence. Aquatics Camp - PreK-4 - Avenues New York
Over the course of 4 days, the PreK-Grade students will learn essential swimming skills through fun and games. Combining a games-led approach with excellence in coaching and instruction, each student will learn the core aquatic skills needed to be a competent swimmer. In addition to working on the four competitive strokes, swimmers will learn numerous other skills, which will give them the ability to participate in a range of aquatic sports including synchronized swimming and water polo. Swimmers will also practice water rescue drills and discuss water safety. Requirements: Must be in the PreK – Grade group. Swimmers will be grouped by age and ability. In this class taught by USA Waterski certified instructors, students can experience the basics of wakeboarding, water skiing, and kneeboarding on Boca Ciega Bay, adjacent to the Eckerd College campus.
