Learn how to knit or take your knitting skills to the next level with hours of instruction and practice in this hands-on camp. Beginning knitters will learn how to cast on, knit, purl and sew their creations together. More advanced knitters will practice reducing and adding stitches while learning about tension and gauge. Needles, yarn and patterns will be provided for each student. Blake teacher Lisa Small leads this course. 952-988-3463

Kid's Camp is just around the corner for kids ages 8-12. We will be headed to the district camp this year, called Alive Kid's Camp. We are looking forward to meeting kids from other churches, having life-changing spiritual experiences during the services, and lot of fun activities during the day. Daytime activities will include: swimming, lake activities, paddleboats, ziplining, rock climbing wall, and messy team games. Cost is $250 per student. $100 deposit and all camp forms found in the camp packet are due by April 12. The remaining balance will be due by June 7. Camp packets are available now! Kid's Hoop Dance Camp! with Mariah McKay - Pensacola, FL
1:15- 3:15 each day, Monday July 18th through Thursday 21st. This kid's camp is a colorful mix of hooping, dance, play, movement and yoga designed to support physical fitness, encourage ecstatic expression and nurture self-esteem. During camp, students will have the opportunity to share what they have learned through dance, play, performance and hoop games. This unique fun fitness program enhances total body awareness, hand–eye coordination, increased flexibility and core strength. Spatial awareness, fine motor skills, group participation, creativity and self-expression are just some of the many benefits of hoop dance with children. Your child's hoop is included in the pricing. Dinomania! - Old Trail School
Dinosaurs come to life in this exciting camp full of adventure. Join us as we learn about terrible lizards through dinosaur-theme games and hands-on educational activities. Get involved as we create dinosaur eggs and realistic fossils. Finally, immerse yourself in the world of dinosaurs as we examine their habitats and fossils at the Natural History Museum. 2005 Mariners ($315 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
Formerly Beginner Sailing. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. This class is taught in Rhodes 19s, Capri 14s, and Optimists. Mariners is designed to give the sailor a strong fundamental base of sailing skills such as rigging, tacking, gybing, sail trim, hiking, and some advanced boat handling. The overall goal is to make the sailor comfortable on the water in varying conditions, while eventually becoming proficient sailing alone in the Opti. Inside the Mariners class, we typically divide into three color groups: Forest Green (Novice), Lime Green (Intermediate Mariner), and Army Green(Advanced Mariner). As the child improves, they will advance through the groups until they are ready for Whalers. *Please note that the 2005 Mariner class is for those with a birthdate of 2005 or earlier. 508-228-1400

Campfires, Bible lessons, crafts, nature hikes, recreation and swimming are just the beginning of an activity-filled week for campers who are completing the 5th to 7th grades. Campers will enjoy canoeing and archery. All camp activities are designed to meet the needs of tweens. This is a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and reconnect with those met before.
