Coats for Kids 2015 Campaign
Join us as we collect NEW Coats for Kids and cover the end zone of Joan C. Edwards Football Stadium! We will be collecting coats all through the months of October and November. Drop your NEW coat off today, at the designated Goodwill locations (Virginia Avenue, 9th Avenue, Lavalette, Milton & Barboursville) or at the Marshall home games on 10/24 and 11/14. Donate a NEW coat for the campaign and be entered in a drawing for: 4 chairback seats to the Marshall vs. FIU game on 11/14 & an on-field experience at the game. Skyhawks Flag Football - Redwood City Fields
Skyhawks Flag Football is the perfect introduction to America?s Game, or a great refresher to those who want to brush up on their skills preparing for league play. Through our skill of the day exercises, campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun and positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Super Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! All participants receive a t-shirt, water bottle, and a player evaluation. The participant-to-coach ratio is approximately 12:1. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Participants should wear appropriate clothing, running shoes, bring two snacks, and a water bottle. Please apply sunscreen prior to arrival at camp. Also, please send snacks and adequate supplies of water. Only adults on approved check-out list will be permitted to pick up camper at the end of the day.
