Online Fundraiser for Royal Family KIDS Camp, #273 - undefined, ID
- WHAT IS ROYAL FAMILY KIDS CAMP, AND WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ONLINE FUNDRAISER? "You're worthless." "You're good-for-nothing." "Why must you be so annoying?" "I don't have time to listen!" "Don't bother me!" "You're a mistake!" These are the things far too many children hear on a regular basis, and a lot of these children are right here within our Lewis-Clark Valley and the surrounding area. These kids hear these things (and far worse than this) from their guardians, parents, and/or other family members. Others still have bounced from place to place all their lives and don't know what it is like to have a family, a home, a safe environment, or even to just be a kid. There are children who have taken on the role of a parent to their sibling(s) at a young age (some as early as 4 or 5 years old) because their parent(s)/guardian(s) aren't present either mentally or physically. It is recorded that annually, 3.6 million cases of child abuse, neglect or abandonment are reported in America, and one of these victims dies every six hours...
