Emoji Teen Camp! *See Event Info for Details* - Ravena, NY
Emoji Teen Camp is created for Ages 13-18 during the school break! Join us Thursday, February 18th 1-3pm at the studio! **This is a parent drop off event! ** You may drop your child off at 1pm and pick them up at 3pm! - Cost: $30 per teen includes (2) 12x12 canvases each to create any emoji's or paintings of choice. Each child will learn paint mixing techniques, outlining, shading and much more all while meeting new friends! - Reservations: We will limit this event to 16 teens. There is a $10 deposit due to sign your child up online at www.roamingpaintress.com - Click on Class Registration - If you are unable to register online please visit the studio any Monday evening during Open Art hours 4-10pm so we may get them registered - Remaining balance can be paid in Cash at drop off - Bottled water and juice will be available for each child and we ask that you bring a snack for them.

Our Winter EcoKids Nature Preschool begins next week! These child/caregiver classes are a great way to get close to nature with your child at Camp Creek Run. Cheerleading - Norfolk Christian Schools
Come out and learn Cheerleading under the direction of an multi award winning coach and NCS Varsity squad. Coach Amanda Beery has led her team to FCC National Championships, coached girls to win Individual and Team performance awards. During this week of camp campers will learn skills that emphasize proper form and as well as safety. Stunting: Starting with low-level skills such as thigh stands and progressing to semi-advanced stunts. Tumbling: Cartwheels, handstands and round offs. Those with a solid tumbling background will work on back handspring technique. Motions: Learn all motions and the names for each arm placement with a focus on sharp and properly executed technique. Cheers: Cheers will be taught to the participants, implementing the skills learned at camp Dance: A dance will be taught utilizing the needed to excel in cheer dance. StagePlay: Jr. Musical Theater Camp - Palos Park Recreation Center
Unlike the "olden days", when fun was dependent on whatever was readily available, so much of todays youth leisure time is spent staying connected through technology. What would happen if suddenly all that went away? "A Kids Life" will explore that possibility, and thats where the fun and music all begin! The StagePlay program also incorporates valuable life lessons such as teamwork, commitment, conquering fear, being prepared, confidence and theater etiquette. On the last day of camp, our talented young stars perform for friends and family, showing off all that they have learned in only one week. Participants will receive a souvenir camp t-shirt.
