This program, coached by a French Judo instructor. Judo is a martial art from Japan. Coach Frederic has been teaching Judo to students around the world for over 25 years. While teaching disciplines such as politeness, respect, self control and concentration students will also learn the complex forms of the martial art known as Judo. This martial arts program will teach and train students on the proper technique, muscular development, calisthenics, stretching, joint rotation, exercises, endurance training, sparring and sparring related drills. Everyday, you will improve your balance and have fun with many activities about judo like crafts, drawing, writing. Japanese and learn few words in French. Fun games, fun activities and contests, lets move your body and your creativity skills. Positive Life Change
Although they mentioned "life changing" on their mission statement I though that was just advertising. It turns out this truly was a life changing summer for our daughter. She was also a sweet girl a little on the shy side. But this summer she seemed to blossom. She came home confident and eager to participate in activities at our church. This is the perfect class to start your children out with or to brush up on their current skills. Come have some fun with us and put on a show! Learn the basics of character and storytelling using fun improv games and scene work. You will end this class by performing a short play for your family and friends. 401-490-9475

Great Outdoors Mini Camp June 27th-June 30th Its back to nature in this camp and we mean literally! If it has to do with nature and the great outdoors we are all over it! These days kids seem to be losing touch with nature, so in this camp we are going to bring them back to the wild side. Kids will leave civilization behind as we head out into the great unknown to learn all about nature and surviving the outdoors. Campers will get the ins and outs of navigating trails, compass use, telling time by the sun, identify animal tracks, interact daily with animals, make fossils, build a drift shelter, survival skills, make Native American crafts, outdoor cooking (more than just smores) and so much more.
