Cheer and Stunt Camp - Brigham Young University
Join BYUs cheer coach Jocelyn Allan and the BYU Cheer Squad for the best cheer camp of the year! This camp is designed to prepare future BYU cheerleaders for their junior high, high school, all-star and college-level tryouts. The primary focus of this camp is on both co-ed and all-girl stunting. If you are already a cheerleader, this camp will improve your skills and prepare you to excel this year. Incoming 5th and 6th graders will learn the basic usage and safety of HAND TOOLS including a coping saw, file, sanding block, and cordless drill. Some small machines may be used such as the scroll saw, spindle sander, Dremel engraver, and drill press. All activities will be demonstrated and supervised by Mr. Caris, the current Woodworking teacher at NBJH. Students will choose a project from a beginner list.
