We have felt the detrimental impact of state sanctioned violence, which has led to too many of our children, parents, friends, family and community members behind bars. CJNY member organizations continue to do the critical organizing and advocacy work to resist the structural racism within our justice and education systems. Join us for Spring Break this year. Last year this trip cancelled do to no snow, we have no excuse this year not to get out and explore in the snow!!!! We will stay at a cabin near Stevens Pass, WA. During the day we will fill our time with snow related activities including: Snow Shoeing, XC Skiing, Sledding, Basic Mountaineering skills and Snow Play. Swim, Tennis and Soccer Camp - Community Services Department - City of Palo Alto
Please sign up early for our popular tennis, soccer & swim camps held at Palo Altos Rinconada Park and Pool. Participants start each day with a tennis lesson 10-11:30am from the staff of Tennis program. Following tennis, the participates will eat with swim staff to eat from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm in the Rinconada Park. Following lunch the participates will head out to the field to engage in soccer from 12:30-2:30 pm with the Skyhawks coaching staff. After Skyhawks Soccer, the participants will head over to the Rinconada Pool where they will enjoy swimming lessons, water games and be supervised by our lifeguards. Cost includes tennis lessons, soccer lessons, entrance to recreation swim, and supervision. Participants should bring a bag lunch, tennis racket, bathing suit, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and a towel each day. Ages 8-12. Pre and Post Care will be available before and after this camp.
