This will be a fundamental camp with position specific drills as well. Athletes will have an opportunity to learn one position or multiple positions. We will teach basic tackling, blocking and ball handling techniques at the start of the clinic. Remember college and pro atheltes practice fundamentals every day! We will also teach some basic speed and agility drills. All form tackling will be done on practice dummies. There is no live tackling of other players and no equipment is needed. Our staff will consist of college coaches and current or former college players. Do not be fooled the staff is the best in the youth coaching business! The coaches will be teaching the most up to date football techniques out there. Do not wai,t sign up by February 1st and save $25!!!!

The Lakeland PAL Youth is proud to partner with NFL superstars Michael and Maurkice Pouncey to host the 6th Annual Pouncey Twins Youth Football Camp on Saturday July 9, 2016. The free camp will take place from 8AM – 12PM at Lakeland Christian School, located at 1111 Forest Park Street. Boys and girls ages six to sixteen are invited to come develop their football skills with help from NFL players and coaches from across Polk County. To guarantee a spot, parents must pre-register their child. Are we in Mexico? You would think you were with all the fun Mexican crafts, games, sports and music. Create your own mask, pinata, sombrero, maracas and much more. All in Spanish! Vamos Amigos! Bring your bathing suit each day for water fun! On Wednesday, Campers walk to the Bethesda pool adjacent to the park. Campers must pass a swimming test or stay in the shallow end. There will be a $25 material fee due the first day. Bring a bagged lunch. A great way for youth athletes to see how they perform at skills related to the sports they play! Power, agility, speed, and strength are assessed to give kids a better understanding of how they can unlock their potential. Results are provided in a fashion that kids understand and motivate them to improve. STRIDES coaches are able to evaluate potential risk of injury and provide them with corrective exercise to reduce inure potential. These performance evaluations are conducted the 2nd Monday of each month at our Northampton and Amherst locations. There is no cost for these evaluations, but capacity is limited. (413) 586-5000

Can you sing, act and dance? We break down the scary world of auditions so they can handle them like a pro. Each skill will be taught using fun Broadway tunes, and basic theatre dance movement. In addition, each camper will leave with a headshot.
