December 19th - 30th Monday - Friday Ages 7 - 15 Opportunities for all experience levels Improve your singing, dancing and acting while rehearsing for the show "Seussical, Kids"! Each student has at least one part in this fun production, some will have more than one part! Parts are assigned through gentle auditions. Students will also assist in all aspects of the theatrical experience, including costumes, props, backstage, designing programs, and selling tickets. PB Parenting will be hosting their 2nd annual Summer Camp Expo on Sunday April 24 from 11 AM – 3 PM at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium. There will be over 40 local summer camps from throughout Palm Beach County who will provide information to hundreds of moms and dads looking for ideas of where to send their children to summer camp this year. There will be representatives from camps covering all areas of interest including Art, Sports, Gymnastics, Science, Outdoors, Theatre, Horse, Music, Technology, Ice Skating, Wildlife, Swimming, Photography, Dance and so much more. It will be a day of family fun! Entertainment for kids will include TWO shows by Patty Shukla, Arts and Crafts with Kids Need More Art, Character Meet and Greets, Face Painting, Fun Science Experiments in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering and Technology with The Science Academy and more! In addition, parents can play “Passport to Summer.” They can pick up their passport at the PB Parenting table and get stamps from the camps. St. Catherine's Koinonia 3 (SCK3) - Panora, IA
Mark your calendars! It's not-quite-but-almost that time of year again! St. Catherine of Siena will be having its third annual Koinonia retreat at the end of February next year (2016). What's Koinonia? It's a Greek word that means 'community'. This student-led retreat helps students grow in their friendship with the community as well as their relationship with God. More details will come soon, but for a general idea of what's going on, here's a bare-bones schedule: -Friday, Feb. 26: we leave St. Kate's and carpool to the St. Thomas More Retreat Center in Panora, IA in the late afternoon and stay for two nights and what turns out to be two days which we spend in prayer and fellowship with one another -Sunday, Feb. 28: we leave Panora in the late morning/early afternoon and return to DSM Applications will be available in the near future. The cost for the retreat is $25 (financial aid is available to those who need it) and more details will come as we get closer to February. And feel free to invite your friends! You don't have to be Catholic to come!

Boy Scouts Troop 114 is raising funds for Summer Camp! Please stop by and grab a delicious dinner anytime between 5-8pm on Thursday, April 7th. You can come in and visit with the troop while you eat OR you can participate via the drive-thru! Just tell them you're with the fundraiser when you order, they'll put a copy of your receipt in a basket and a portion of your meal cost will be donated to our troop! That's it, SO easy! Please share this event out with everyone you know who lives in the area; everyone is welcome and invited to join! Thank you all for supporting our boys. It takes a lot to get these kids to Colorado and we truly could not do this without your help!!!

Open to all camp participants, summer extended care will provide the same top-notch service and activity as the rest of our programs, while offering additional flexibility for working families. Summer Extended Care times AM: 7:30–8:30 AM PM: 3:00–4:00 PM Both morning and afternoon extended care sessions are available, but no mid-day care is available. For example, a child registered for a half-day morning camp may register for AM extended care (7:30–8:30 AM), but must still be picked up at the completion of the camp half-day at 11:30 AM. In the same way, an afternoon half-day camper may register for PM extended care (3:00–4:00 pm). Extended care sessions must be registered as an entire week, not by single days. Summer Extended Care Cost $40 per week, per block (full day campers who wish to have both extended care blocks will be charged $75 per week) * Any camper not picked up within 15 minutes of their daily camp completion will be sent to extended care, and a $10 fee will be charged.
