Fall Softball Camp - Linton Youth League Sports Complex
We are pleased to announce a one day Fall Softball Camp open to players from 5 years of age to 8th grade. The camp will be held at the Linton Youth Complex on Saturday September 5th. This camp will be conducted by The Indiana Tribe coaches and staff and is open to everyone regardless of skill level and where a player lives. Players will be divided into age groups and we will focus on fundamental softball skills, game knowledge, and we will have fun doing it. Cost is $10/player and will include a lunch of a hot dog, chips and a drink. Players will be divided up in the afternoon for games and skills competitions. Camp times are from 9am-3pm. A separate instructional pitching time will be available from 4-6pm. Cost for the pitching clinic will be $5/player if you attended the camp or $10/player if the player is only attending the pitching clinic. We will focus on beginning pitching mechanics and drills. Ages 7 years to 8th grade are welcome. Registration is available the day of the event, but you are encouraged to pre-register via our Facebook Event post or by calling or texting Greg Elliott at 812.798.0174.

Fairy Tale Theatre - OCS Arts Center
Campers will be offered the chance to play their favorite character in a fairy tale mashup that promises lots of laughs and maybe a lesson or two. They will learn the basics of theatre performance while rehearsing a show that will be performed for family and friends on the last day of class. When campers are signed up, please tell us what character they would like to be and the teachers will write an original play incorporating all the chosen characters. Cutoff date for signups is July 13 (to complete script writing). Come join us for a recreational sports day at Chase Park! Soccer, basketball, floor hockey, dodgeball and Capture the Flag will be our featured sports. This camp is a fun and active day of sports for all skill levels. Players will enjoy a chance to play sports and hang out with their friends. Outdoor Explorers Camp for Ages 9-12 - Mt. Adams Institute
Outdoor Explorers Camp is a Cascade Mountain School day program that introduces students to the fun and excitement of outdoor adventures in the Trout Lake Valley. Students will get to explore an underground cave, build forts out of natural materials, hike to a secret natural spring and more. The entire camp will be spent outside! Parents are welcome to join in on the exploring! Day camps for ages 9-12 will be held Monday through Thursday from 1-4 pm each day.
