Designed specifically to meet the needs of middle schoolers, the daily program offers a diverse selection of activities, arts, academics and experiences. Campers explore science, arts and crafts, math, environmental education, computer keyboarding and software, and geocaching each week. The camp offers instruction and supervised play in a variety of sports. In addition, campers will learn the importance of teamwork and charity as they join the other Hawks Haven campers on field trips when appropriate. Get ready for Trinity Youth's 18th annual Middle School Winter Camp! This weekend will be filled with good food, great friends, and whole lot of fun. Our goals for this camp are: 1. To build strong student-leader relationships 2.To build strong peer relationships 3.To meet students right where they are—helping them take that next step in knowing Jesus better. Oh, and there is also possibility of having a lot of fun, too! Students and leaders will be leaving from Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 12th (dinner not provided). From the church, we will drive 45 minutes south to Meadowood Springs. Everyone will be staying the next two nights at the retreat center there. We will be back at Trinity by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday the 14th. The cost of camp is $105. This cost covers travel, lodging, food and fun. The Youth Elite camp is designed for the advanced player who wants to continue to improve their skill to take them to the next level. The High School Elite camp is designed for the high school player who has aspirations to play college soccer. Players will have training sessions as well as play in small-sided and full-sided games while being evaluated by the University of Maryland Mens Soccer Staff. Several coaches from various colleges and universities will also be present.
