Did you know physics, biology and chemistry are part of our daily life? This class will explore the many ways these sciences impact things you do every day. a qualified instructor will lead participants through various experiments and activities to gain first hand knowledge of the impact science has. LOCATION Lobby at Veterans Memorial Arena
Striker/ Goalkeeper Camp - Scottsdale Community College
The Scottsdale Community College Soccer program will be offering a skills camp for boys and girls looking to advance their skills and understanding for attacking players, as well as goalkeepers. From core fundamentals to complex decision making, the camp will be sure to challenge your athlete. 480-423-6623
Robotics Adventures - College Prep Middle
Robotics Adventures – (5th Grade) Students will build a Robot using Mindstorms robotics equipment. Students will then learn how to program and manipulate the Robot with coding on a laptop. There is a limit to 16 children for the class. The curriculum for the Robotics Club is different for each quarter, allowing for new material to be added per quarter. But the different curriculum also allows for new students to join in without having had previous Robotics experience. Students do not need to bring anything to the Club. 11 sessions, 11 meals, and 4 nights. USA Partner Camp - up to 5% of our camp can be recommended to the USA Futures Program. Commuter campers will follow the same training schedule, checking in by 9:00am and checking out by 8:00pm daily.
