Dolton Bears Youth Football Camp - Dolton, IL
Strength and Conditioning, Expert Training from some of the leagues finest coaches, All Teams are welcomed. Football season is just around the corner. For all levels ages 6-14. For those that have never played the game by are interested in playing this fall, camp is a great way to get you prepared for the fall season. Camp is every Saturday starting June 11 from 9am till Noon for six weeks. If you have not registered you can still attend camp. Camp is free of charge. Dates: June 27-July 1 Time: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm for Boys Entering Grades K-8 Format: One-week session Location: Laurels Butler Campus in Russell Township Tuition: Boys-Only Camp: $325/session Get a jump on the season with an intense week of fitness and skill training! This first-class soccer camp focuses on enhancing individual skills, building team tactics and teaching intricacies of the game. In addition to soccer skills, campers will spend time in our state-of-the-art 16,000-square-foot fitness center while working with Laurels certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to learn about lifting techniques, agility, speed, ACL injury prevention and nutrition. Participants will be split into groups based on age and experience.
