Join us on Sunday, July 10th for a special one-hour Boot Camp Fitness Class to support New York Road Runners' (NYRR) Youth Programs, which serve over 200,000 students annually with free running and fitness experiences. During this special Boot Camp Fitness Class hosted by Michelle Stiglitz, you will sweat your way through a series of various exercise all to support a good cause. The class will be held outdoors in Clove Lakes park. Counselor in Training Program (C.I.T) transitions youth from being a camper into an Assistant Counselor and potential camp staff. These Leadership camps will explore child development, communication and mentorship from our excellent Camp Instructors. Participants will learn how to facilitate camp activities such as songs, games, and environmental education activities. CIT participants will learn valuable naturalist skills as well as how Oregon State Natural Areas are maintained by Park Rangers, Friends of Tryon Creek staff and volunteers.
