Join us this summer for a Kids Kundalini Yoga Camp, an opportunity to experience the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and explore a practice of self-awareness. Through yoga, meditation, dance, stories, and hands-on activities we will journey through the bliss and playfulness of Kundalini yoga. Football Week 3 - Knott Hall
This camp features fundamental skills to be applied on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Campers receive expert, individual instruction through the camp with an emphasis on technique, including skills such as blocking, tackling, positions, stance and start, passing technique, receiving, and more. Campers will receive daily lunch in Loyolas dining hall, as well as time each day for swimming in Loyolas pool.
