This program will give participants an integrated exposure to the various STEM fields and how they can be applied within an environmental context. Explorations will include the chemistry of recycling, creating power from worms, and energy transfer. What Is the Difference between Day and Overnight Summer Camp?
An overnight program is commonly called sleep-away camp. Youth go away for a period of time and sleep in cabins or tents with their camp counselors and other campers. Overnight camps are structured to offer kids a variety of activities and to increase kids’ independence, self-esteem and social skills. This year, we mark 40 years of encouraging, educating and strengthening families. To celebrate, we're helping send kids to camp with camperships of up to $400 for kids whose families cannot afford such an expense. 100% of your donation goes directly to a kid's camp tuition. TCTA Teen Theatre Camp Session 1 - Austin, TX
We are still looking for some interested teens for the TCTA Theatre Arts Program! It's free, there are 2 sessions at 2 different locations June 13-July 8 @ Hancock Recreation Center July 11- Aug. 5 @ Doris Miller Auditorium Monday - Friday 1-5PM Write, direct, perform and tour to other camps a contemporary performance piece that will include written word, dance, puppetry, etc. The Artists we have hired for the camp have an extensive performance and technical background. You will be taking tours of local theatre spaces and seeing performances around town. This is truly a unique experience if you have an interest in the theatre arts and performance art. Teen Robotics Camp - Day 4 - Dublin, GA
For rising 7th-12th graders. This is a 4-day robotics workshop where we will be learning how to build and program LEGO Mindstorms. SEATS ARE LIMITED. PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE AT THE REFERENCE DESK. Teens who register are expected to attend all four days of the workshop.

Just Cruising Equestrian Center Summer Camp Week 1 - Kingdom City, MO
Send your child to our day camps for a great learning opportunity with experienced and dedicated staff, amazing horses, and lots of hands-on crafts and activities! Students will help with care of the horses (feeding, watering, pasture turnout, stall cleaning, etc.) and learn about horse anatomy, colors, breeds, conformation, and tack. The last day of camp includes a mini horse show for parents to come watch what their kids have been learning throughout the week. All levels of riders are welcome, even if students have never ridden before. The cost of the summer camp is $350. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Camp runs from 8:00 am to 4 pm. Do you ever wonder what happened to the fairy tale characters after the story was over? Did Cinderella ever talk to her stepsisters again? In the play "The Ever After" we are transported to a Reality TV Show where fairy tale relationships are reconciled twenty years after the story has ended. In this wacky comedy, the prince is turning back into a frog and Jiminy Cricket is now a best-selling self-help author. During the week, campers will explore the basics of theatre and present a play at the end of the week. All campers who enroll will have a speaking role in the play and will also help create the set and costumes for the play.
