Golf Camps - Golf - St. Paul Gym
Learn the FUNdamentals for this lifetime sport with the University of Minnesota School of Golf. All Participants will experience the latest techniques in golf training and specialized starter equipment. Campers age 6-8 will learn putting, chipping and full swing technique through games and drills, plus etiquette and rules. Older campers add in pitching and additional training stations, plus get a chance to apply their skills on the course and learn more about how a golf course operates. These sessions are best for beginners to those with moderate experience. Bring golf clubs if you have them; some equipment is available to share. Please plan accordingly for the weather with a cap, sunscreen, water bottle, and umbrella or rain gear. All registrants agree to the policies and procedures of Youth Programs, including change fees, cancellation fees, deadlines, and other details found in the program materials and parent handbook. Volleyball - Norfolk Christian Schools
Volleyball is the ultimate team sport. It is exciting, action packed and one of the fastest growing sports in the Tidewater area. The game requires outstanding hand-eye coordination, skill mastery, quickness, anticipation, teamwork and the motivation to "lay it all on the line." Now is a great time for your child to get started or further develop their game at the NCS volleyball camp. Campers will receive instruction in the six skills of volleyball: serving, passing, digging, setting, attacking and blocking. OZ Park Summer FD Baseball camp week 11 FULL DAY CAMPER - OZ Park
LPBA is pleased to announce that we have added a second baseball field to our summer camp program at OZ Park. The additional field at OZ Park will allow us to divide the kids by age and skill level. We will use Field #1 for boys and girls ages 5-7 and Field #2 for boys and girls ages 8-12. The camp experience includes a daily exercise and agility training routine followed by instructive drills including base running, pitching, defense, bunting, outfield play, infield play, batting practice and other hitting drills. LPBAs summer camp programs run from June 9 though August 29, 2014: Half day sessions from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - $175 per week Full day sessions from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - $250 per week Fridays are rain make up days Camp registration is on a weekly basis.
