2017 Teen Winter Retreat - Jackson, OH
Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 28, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 29. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 20 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp. Registrations with payments should be mailed to Canter's Cave 4-H Camp at 1362 Caves Road, Jackson, Ohio 45640. Youth Guys Camping Trip - Nashville, IN
We are going to be taking the guys of the youth group on a camping trip to Yellow Wood State Forest campground. If there is a Dad(s) that is wishing to attend please talk to Jason and Josh Brown as soon as possible. We plan to leave the Church at 4:00 PM on May 13th, so please plan to be at the Church at 3:30 PM if possible. The cost for this event is $20/Person which takes care of your food and campsite fees. This event is open to both high school, and middle school guys and the deadline for money and paperwork will be May 1st at 8 PM. We will also be sending out a packing list a little bit later on. You can sign-up either on Facebook or on the sign-up sheet on Sunday night.

Week 4: Drama Program - The MacDuffie School
Enjoy the spotlight, love singing and dancing, or do you just want to be a little silly and have fun? The drama program is for you! This summer, the drama program returns crazier than ever and will be overflowing with things to do for kids of all ages and interests. Each day will consist of various theater games and activities that enhance acting ability, diction, improvisational skills, spatial awareness and movement, singing, show tunes appreciation, backstage expertise, and most importantly confidence on and off the stage. These activities will be coupled with rehearsals for a short play that will culminate with a performance on Friday afternoon for fellow camp-goers, family, and friends. Have your child join us on an adventure to transform the world as we know it! Students will learn about one of the most innovative technologies of our time - 3D Printing - and how to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to create and print (and take home) a series of awesome designs! But why not use these skills for social good? Every lesson, students will exchange video messages with their sponsored partner student who lives in a developing country - together, they will come to identify and learn about a global issue, and then collaboratively design, print and test an invention to help solve that issue! This week-long, intensive band experience is designed for middle school students who are entering grades 6-8 and have AT LEAST ONE YEAR of band experience. Led by Natick middle school band directors Scott Morrill and Dave Drapeau, sessions will be a blend of full band work and breakouts by instrument. Students will focus on skills and musicianship and work towards performing several songs as a full band by the end of the week.
