We certainly had a lot of fun playing around with the name of Camp Kupugani on the ride up. Once we got to the site for the drop off I was pleasantly surprised at how fast our boy seemed to acclimate to his new surroundings. Teen MMA Summer Camp at GCBJJ - Grove City, OH
GCBJJ will be hosting an MMA camp for teens (age 13-17). This camp will cover all aspects of MMA including: Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Conditioning. No experience necessary. Cost is $125 per teen. Only equipment they will need is a mouthpiece. We will provide all other equipment. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a couple extra changes of clothes. The participants can pack a lunch (we have a fridge and a microwave, or there are three pizza places, Arby's and Subway that are all within walking distance.

Flippin' Fall Fest Girls Competitive Gymnastics Camp - Fargo, ND
Flippin' Fall Fest is geared towards girl competitive gymnasts of all levels, and features small group sizes to facilitate focused, intense, and personalized training. The camp curriculum features two daily workouts totaling approximately 9 hours. The workouts are designed for systematic progression according to individual ability. Campers spend the sessions attending workouts at TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics. COST: $175 - includes snack and leotard. PAYMENT: $75 deposit due when registering. Full camp payment is due October 21 at check in. REFUND POLICY: The camp fee is non- refundable after September 23, without a physician’s statement. Any refunds given with a physician's statement will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 of the registration fee to cover expenses already incurred. Introduction to Sports Performance - Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School
Participants in this session will explore and learn sport and athletic performance methods including but not limited to strength, power, explosiveness, speed, quickness, agility, and endurance. Students will be taught multiple exercises, techniques, and routines that can be useful in developing a solid foundation in performance training. They will be exposed to isometric, isotonic, and isokinetic muscular contractions. All attendees will be tested on several different athletic performance measurements and given their results at the conclusion of the sessions, therefore providing areas in which they can improve in the future. Coach Joel Clem is Brebeuf Jesuits Strength and Conditioning Coach, Wellness Center Coordinator, and Physical Education faculty member. During his time as the strength and conditioning coach for Brebeufs athletic teams, he has trained State Championship volleyball, soccer, and hockey teams. He has also trained State Runner-Up football, baseball, soccer, and golf teams. Coach Clem has helped mold over 50 Brebeuf Jesuit student-athletes into collegiate athletes, including over a dozen competing at the Division I level. 3175247050.0

Through Camp Joyful Hearts, Family Camp, and the support network of kids in similar circumstances that gather there each summer, we hope to help kids with heart disease and their families address these challenges. The Heart Institute at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center is dedicated to bettering the lives of heart patients and their families with compassion, commitment and the best possible medical care.
