Grades 3-5 Is your camper looking for a chance to build their field hockey knowledge and skill set with sweeps, drives, full-field passing, corner plays, defensive and offensive positioning, and field awareness? Whether they are a beginner or field hockey aficionado, join us for a week filled with drills, scrimmages and games. Please bring water, lunch, shin-guards, a mouth-guard, and stick. Coaches: One on One Sports Training staff. Monday - Friday -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wear appropriate clothes: t-shirts, shorts and athletic shoes--no sandals. The intention of kid’s Yoga Camp is to teach children about the different places, people, animals, that live around the world. Going into a Journey with Yoga and learning it meaning “Union”, bringing this concept through physical activities games, arts and crafts, storytelling, puppets and more. Children will explore this Journey in a cooperative relationship, learning about friendship, happiness, kindness, honesty, passion, self-esteem and gratitude. LSBT Youth Camp 2017 invites all 6th-12th graders a chance to get away from everything and focus on their relationship with God! Every day they will be served 3 Awesome meals and just as many Spiritual meals!! Every afternoon will be filled with activities, such as, low and high obstacle courses, kick ball, volleyball, horseshoes, inflatable jousting matches, and glow in the dark dodgeball!! ALL of this in a peaceful camp setting with Spectacular views of Pikes Peak! Cost is $425 includes lodging for 6 nights, 20 meals, camp t-shirt, and all activities!!! Wacky Water Celebration: The Aquatic Life CAP Leadership Focus: Values and Dedication Curriculum Features: Water quality (youngers), water management (olders) CAPs will be placed in an adventure day upon arrival at camp, based on availability. Laurens First and Goal Football Camp PA - Lafayette Colleges Metzgar Athletic Campus
LFG Football Camp is a one day, instructional clinic for high school aged players taught by volunteer college coaches from across all divisions. It is a unique opportunity to hone your skills, learn new techniques and drills and showcase your talent to the more than 300 college coaches volunteering their time and talents to coach for the day. LFG is not a combine - there is no timed 40, vertical, height/weight measurement, ect. It is a learning experience open to players of all levels. Players are grouped by graduation year (rising seniors and underclassmen) and position chosen, and rotate through offensive and defensive sessions throughout the day. Kickers have the option of staying with the kicking specialist coaches for the entire day, or rotating to another position if desired. Quarterbacks also have the option of playing quarterback all day, but we encourage players to rotate to another position. Players do not wear pads or helmets, but we recommend mouthguards. 5 Day Intro to programming camp. (Girls and Boys ages 8 to 12) Has your child mastered the remote control, tablet and smartphone? They play games, watch movies and DVR their favorite TV shows. Your little genius may have even remembered your App Store password. But, have you ever wondered how to get them interested in learning more about the technology behind all their favorite devices? The URPLE camp was designed to address that specific challenge in a fun, engaging and entertaining way. In this camp, your child will learn the basics principles of computing. In our hands on workshop they will build and customize their very own Raspberry Pi computers. While a lot of fun, this learning toy is a full-blown Linux based computer that your child will learn the fundamentals of programming on. Using graphical programming languages, theyll use code to customize their own Minecraft Worlds and use Scratch to create their own games, animations and stories. Along the way, students will express their creativity through technology, learn valuable problem solving skills and have fun in a collaborative environment.
