The W Theater Presents, "Acting Up" A Children & Teen Performing Arts
The W Theater proudly presents, "Acting Up" A Children & Teen Performing Arts Camp. If you have a child or teen between the ages of 6 and 18 and they love "Acting Up", please register them for this camp (workshop). Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 11am - 5pm at the Broward County Main Library Auditorium Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. There will be age appropriate acting and singing classes with experienced instructors and assistants. Those who are serious will be casted in Sonya Welch's Stage Play, "Don't Give Up" which was written especially for children & teens. Chicago Bulls Power Moves Camp (9-14yrs) La Grange - La Grange White Sox Academy
Our Power Moves camp is designed to teach players how to become more productive offensive players in the paint and the most effective player on the court when driving to the basket. You will learn how to score a "three-pointer" the old-fashioned way; draw a foul, count the basket and make the free throw! Power Moves is for centers, guards and forwards. Field Hockey Day Camp Session #1 - Vonnie Gros Athletic Field
The WCU Field Hockey Day Camp is designed for the development of the field hockey athlete from advanced level to beginners. All campers will have individual skill instruction with play-ers of similar ability and experience. Topics that will be covered: individual/group instruction, offensive/defensive strategies, specialized goal-keeper instruction, as well as competitive game experiences in a positive learning environment. EQUIPMENT Each camper should bring a stick, shinguards, sneakers or turf shoes, mouthguard, bath-ing suit, sunscreen, and a con-tainer of water (no glass). WCU and its camp staff are not re-sponsible for lost or missing items. All personal equipment should be marked with the campers name. Fremont Basketball Camp - Fremont Basketball Camp
The Fremont Basketball Camp is for boys and girls ages 5-14. The camps are one week in length, some camps are full days, other camps are half days. This is a summer basketball camp thart emphasizes fun and the fundamentals of basketball. The camp is held at Fremont High school in Sunnyvale during the month of June.
