We will make journals, mala beads, eye pillows, and they will learn to blend tea and make their own blend to take home. The price also includes 3 additional weeks of unlimited yoga. Our desire with this program is to offer an avenue for the youth in our community to learn how to quiet their mind and to build self-awareness. Studies have shown learning these basic human fundamentals help increase tests scores, better decision making, improved communication skills.
