LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Summer Sessions - Action Sports Camps 2016 #4 - Killington Mountain School
KMS Summer Sessions Actions Sports Camps will feature Freeski, Freestyle and Snowboard camps. These camps are aimed to provide a fun, safe and exciting learning environment for athletes to progress their skiing and riding regardless of age, gender or ability. Athletes will be coached by some of the best coaches in the industry alongside various guest pros and industry leaders. Athletes looking to take their skiing to the next level will be trained at the KMS Action Center which features multiple Olympic Trampolines, and skate facilities as well as Dry Slope facilities which includes various Dry Rails and Airbag Jump Site. Summer Sessions Actions Sports Camps will feature overnight and day camps which will utilize KMSs dorm, nutrition center, gym and new media lab. A typical day would include various activities such as trampolining, skiing, hiking, swimming, skating, mountain biking and more. Summer Camp - Week #8 Olympic Week Welcome to the Olympics! We will separate campers into different teams at the beginning of the week. It will be up to them to create a new nation and flag to compete in this weeks Olympic Games. Throughout the week they will compete against each other to take home the gold. Our field trip will be to the St. Clair bowling alley. Mountain Bike Camp - Fort Tuthill County Park
Develop the skills and attitude to become a lifetime mountain biker including riding skills and strategies, safety, trail etiquette, stewardship, environmental awareness, and bike maintenance. Staging at Fort Tuthill County Park, Exit 337 off I-17, unless told otherwise. Participants may meet at another location as trips demand. Trails will range from moderate to difficult. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Helmets are required !
