Circus Camp participants will work through aerial exercises that build strength, muscle awareness and balance.We create noncompetitive environment that teaches confidence and the joy of fitness through aerial arts. We provide a safe and structured introduction to aerial equipment including the aerial hoop, aerial silks,and the aerial hammock and basic tumbling. Campers will work on yoga games specifically designed for children, aerial class and an integrated art project. Camp open to boys and girls entering grades 3 - 8 Instructor: Ryan Robinson, Amy Mc Neil and Michelle Robinson Enjoy the experience of running on Waterfords acclaimed Cross Country course at Hess-Hathaway Park. Under the tutelage of veteran teachers/coaches, boys and girls will learn the joy of an exercise program revolving around cross country running can bring with a group of running companions. Camp will be structured to fully include beginners as well as experienced runners and will include elements suitable to all campers. Camp includes a t-shirt and refreshments. Fast Feet Soccer Camp - Main Campus
Calling out to all soccer fans! Mr. Jones will be hosting a week long soccer camp! Join in for a fun-filled week of soccer! The camp will be designed around the different age groups enjoying the game. Children want to play, so we will have as much game-time as possible, but skills and rules must be learnt to develop. So, we will include micro sessions before and after every game we play, so that the students are getting small doses of really important knowledge to improve their game, making it manageable and retainable. One of the features of the camp would be to watch a short clip of a famous soccer legend at the start of every day. The days session would be based on some of the moves and plays the legend performed during the clip. This would strengthen the key training objectives for the day, and hopefully, encourage the students to mimic and possibly become supporters of these legends. 6159487005.0
