Preacher (and Men's) Training Classes 2016 - Belle Rive, IL
The 9th annual preacher and men's training classes will be held at the Little Egypt Youth Camp near Dahlgren, Illinois June 20-24, 2016. (For more information, visit . All students must register. You may do so at http://preachertrainingclasses.com/contact-2/. Please register early to secure a spot. Feel free to invite other men, but make sure they register individually. Due to the generous donations of several individuals, there will be no fees this year. Meals and lodging will be provided beginning Sunday evening through Friday at noon. KidZonStage Fall Acting Camp - Lancaster, CA
FIRST CLASS is Saturday It is NOT too late to join us.. (Class might go until 5:00) And every Saturday after that except 11/28 and 12/26 Recital 1/17/16 Class Description --------------- ACT I - INTRODUCTION TO ACTING II: AGES 5-17 Students ages will be exposed to various acting warm ups and exercises connecting movement and sound. They will also learn how to read a script, mark stage directions, memorize lines, audition and conquer stage fright. Students focus on acting and character development through exercises, techniques, and improvisation Actors will develop a strong understanding of character development, acting techniques and monologues, as well as theatre etiquette. This class is all about being an actor. Returning students from the Summer Camp will be given an advanced curriculum --------- Acting Class Fee $100.00 for 14 weeks Payment schedules are available Saturdays 3:30- 4:30 or 5:00 October 3 - January 16 No class 11/28 or 12/26

Capoeira Kid's Summer Camp - South Jordan, UT
Capoeira Kids Camp Kids! Join Capoeira Utah this July for fun, fitness, and a fantastic cultural experience at Capoeira Kids Camp. Capoeira is a unique Brazilian martial art that combines kicks and dodges with acrobatics and dance like movements all performed to live music! Camp takes place from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday, July 5 & 7, and July 12 & 14. Each day we'll do special capoeira training in levels for both beginners and experienced students as well as: Portuguese language Singing and Playing Instruments Acrobatics training Crafts (make your own maculele costume and sticks, wooden machete, and/or feathered samba headress) Traditional dances: Samba, maculele, a capoeira choreography and more! Camp is open to kids ages 6-11 with or without previous experience in capoeira. Cost: Full camp is $150 per child ($25 discount for students currently enrolled at Capoeira Utah.), and $90 for half camp, $50 non-refundable deposit due July 1st. Balance due prior to start of camp. Camp Angel Teen Mentor Application and Training - Mendota Heights, MN
Angel Foundation’s Facing Cancer Together Teen Mentor program, provides a leadership opportunity for teens (13-18) to apply, be assessed and trained to be leaders within Facing Cancer Together programs, specifically for Camp Angel. Teen Mentors will be introduced to the field of human services, as well as provide experiences in groups with children and their families who have been struck by cancer. If teens have never been a camper, teens will be asked to be a camper in June camp in order to be an August Teen Mentor. To be a Teen Mentor you need to go through the application and selection process. Have you ever wondered how to speak "computer"? Do you like to draw your own cartoon or anime characters and create imaginative stories? This summer you will learn to communicate your imaginative ideas from your brain to a computers digital brain. Through use of Scratch.mit.edu you will learn how to make interactive cartoon characters, animate short stories, and design your very own computer game. No programming experience is necessary.
