The Salvation Army is hosting a walkathon to raise funds to help send children to summer camp. We offer several camp sessions lasting from three to eight days for children of various ages. Your child will be supervised by caring on-site counselors.There are three types of camping experiences for children ranging in age from six to sixteen which include; residential camps, day camps and teen wilderness camps. We need help raising the funds to supporting sending children to camp. Join us June 4 and help us send children to summer camp.

Travel to different lakes, rivers, sloughs, and streams around the Seven Rivers Region Fish with modern poles and open-bale reels Make and fish with Huck and Tom style cane pole Make primitive fish hooks Learn to read the water for good fishing spots Cloud watching and interpretation (for weather patterns/forecasting and of course fun) Build primitive fish traps Learn to tie the most useful fishing knots Hone your ninja-like discipline to be silent and still in order to lure in the big one-study fish behavior and why, how, and when they bite Catch and eat crayfish Multiple fishing styles: bottom fishing, cast and retrieve lure fishing, bobber fishing, etc. 507-272-5320

This camp is overflowing with creative uses for everyday objects. We will make instruments, art, and gadgets from seemingly useless items. Straws arent just for drinking, balloons arent just for parties, and old cardboard has more uses than you can imagine. We will be thinking outside the box and learning some fun science along the way in this trash to treasure adventure. This is a college ID camp for the advanced player, age 15 and up looking for additional skills training. It offers a chance for players to work with college coaches and interact with college players. There will be a chance for players and parents to hear about the recruiting process at the various levels of college soccer and ask questions. **Three out of every four players on current UWF rosters attended at least one UWF College ID Camp at some point during the recruiting process.** Camp fee includes T-Shirt and lunch. 850-293-0450

The Grandview Basketball camp has been the premiere resident basketball camp in Northwest Pennsylvania since 1970. The foundation of fundamentals and character development instilled by camp founder Bill Flaherty is still the basis of Grandview. The Grandview staff consists of some of the most accomplished coaches and players in Erie basketball. Generations of Erie basketball players have been impacted by the Grandview camp. The camp offers something for everyone, from the beginning player to the aspiring college prospect. Recently we added the varsity division for players in Grades 11-12 and it was a big success.
