TROT will be hosting three summer camps in 2015. Camp will be from 9-2 Monday through Friday, with a horse show on Saturday so participants can show off what they learned. Cost is $200 per week, lunch, drinks and snacks are provided. Some scholarship assistance is available upon demonstration of financial need. Group discount rates also available. We will touch on the very basic components of individual skill and progress toward exposure to more advanced concepts that we implement at the varsity level. A variety of individual skills will be addressed including: basic passing form, defensive movement, serving approach footwork, blocking footwork and transition movement. Team concepts that will be touched on include: offensive and defensive systems, serve receive patterns and positive team interactions. This is your chance to get a jump-start on understanding what being a Cardinal volleyball player means both on and off the court.
