Direct from NEW YORK CITY, Broadway Workshop returns to Saint Michaels Playhouse for its 9th summer. Camp Vermont is a five day musical theater camp. Learn from Broadway Workshops acclaimed staff from New York City, as well as Playhouse stars who have worked on Broadway and at theatres across the country. For 2016 this camp will take place from Tuesday-Saturday (July 5th-9th) Campers will take center stage performing in 2 different hit Broadway musicals medleys specifically arranged for Camp Vermont. Every camper will get to step in the spotlight and be featured with lines and solos. In between rehearsals, campers will participate in theatrical workshops taught by special guest teachers. High School Juniors Preparing for the May 7, 2016 SAT Test The KAPLAN course helps students gain confidence in taking the NEW SAT test while mastering test strategies. The course includes nine (9) classes taught by a qualified SAT teacher, three (3) practice tests, 2015 Kaplan Prep Book, access to Kaplan online prep and a small snack. Extreme Adventure Camp - Butler Campus
Extreme Adventure Camp is a two week coed camp for incoming 7th and 8th graders. The first week consists of adventurous activities and field trips based out of our Butler Campus. Field trips include indoor rock climbing, mountain biking, and kayaking / paddle boarding. There will also be numerous activities and adventure games at Butler Campus, including our Project Adventure high ropes challenge course. (Campers must bring their own bike and be proficient in cycling and swimming.) Week 1 will prepare students for our Extreme Adventure Trip (June 20 - 24) in Fayetteville, West Virginia, where campers will camp in tents, go rafting, rock climbing, and go on the tree top canopy tour and zip lines! *Please note participants must be twelve years old at the time of camp; demonstrate the ability to follow directions; and complete a skills assessment before going on the West Virginia trip. 216-455-0154

Each day will feature a lesson and an interactive demonstration on different groups of animals, reptiles, amphibians, and insects (different group every day) Live animals will be brought into class each day. On Friday only of this week we will be going to Rock Springs and herping and activity in which we search for animals in their natural environments. All meals provided during Thursday overnight experience. Adventure Academy summer camp is open to children ages 7-14. We strive to ensure that each child leaves camp with long-lasting memories of adventure, discovery and friendship. We provide a safe environment in which to have new experiences, gain an appreciation for the outdoors and develop leadership skills and abilities. Our 10:1 camper to counselor ratio ensures a quality experience for each child. Adventure Academy takes place on Camp Mary Ortons 167 wooded acres, bordered by the Olentangy River.
