Summer Youth Camp - Graham Regional Theatre - Graham, TX
Graham Regional Theatre is excited to hold their first ever summer camp for aspiring actors! Classes and rehearsals will be at The Perry (521 Elm Street) where we will work on singing, dancing, and staging for our musical, Seussical, Jr.! Animation Workshop Morning Session - Visual Art Institute
Experience an immersive two week animation workshop with artist Nathan Ratcliffe, a video game developer and creator and VAI alumni. This workshop will allow students to learn the complex, intensive, and rewarding process of creating a short animated film as a team. This is an amazing opportunity for teenage students to not only improve their concept of motion, but to learn technical and real-world skills. Age 7-9, Session 05 - LMSS - A
These 1 or 2 week sessions provide first time sailors aged 7-9 with the basics of sailing in a fun, safe and encouraging environment. Sailors will be using Prams, which are ideal for 2-3 sailors in 1 boat. Students will be taught the points of sail, basics of sailing upwind, downwind and between 2 points, along with sail trim, knot tying and general seamanship. Graduation takes place at the conclusion of each session, and parents are encouraged to come visit the Island and see their young sailors in action. 9524041645.0

Fairy Tale Theatre - OCS Arts Center
Campers will be offered the chance to play their favorite character in a fairy tale mashup that promises lots of laughs and maybe a lesson or two. They will learn the basics of theatre performance while rehearsing a show that will be performed for family and friends on the last day of class. When campers are signed up, please tell us what character they would like to be and the teachers will write an original play incorporating all the chosen characters. Cutoff date for signups is July 13 (to complete script writing).
