LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Opti Green Fleet (Full Season PM) - NESS
Prerequisite: Opti LTS Step 3, Step 2 per instructor recomendation Students will be challenged to perfect their sailing techniques, learn to use hiking straps and tiller extensions, and expand their knowledge of wind, weather and upwind sailing. Students will be introduced to basic racing techniques and will be encouraged to participate in local Green Fleet regattas, which are designed for new racers. All students will be under the supervision of our instructors and coaches in class and at specific local regattas. Be on the look out for your ECSA regatta booklet which has all the regatta information in it that will be handed out during the first week of programs. Typically your child will participate in 6-8 regattas over the 8 week summer. Regatta fees are not included and typically range from $25-$35 per event. 860-535-9362

Each player will be grouped by age and skill and partake in drills designed to teach every aspect of the game while emphasizing the fundamentals. Players will be placed on even teams and game and tournament play will be designed to spark competition and teach sportsmanship. In between lacrosse, players will enjoy other fun activities such as a pool trip, water slides, and individual competitions for prizes.
