Nearly one billion people on our planet lack access to clean water. Thats one billion people who cant drink from a faucet, shower or cook a meal without risk of illness - or worse! In this course, students will collaborate with a Global Partner Student from a developing country to help quench the thirst of the world. Through video message exchanges they will learn about each other and explore how water is used in each others culture, study the chemical properties of water and the water cycle, and then use the engineering design process to build, test and tweak biodomes, water towers, and water filtration systems to better understand how water systems can be polluted and purified. As their understanding of the subject matter grows, students will work closely with their Global Partners to develop a hands-on research project that shows the water problems each of their countries face while sharing practical ways to address these problems and help bring clean water to the world! Kid's Camp Sew a Pencil Case - Pace, FL
Learn to make something useful and fun. The pencil case is lined on the inside and can be embelished any way the student wants. Zipper closure and washable. They will be so proud to show them off. $20.00 for the class includes everything. We will provide a break and snack as well. Jr. Fitness Camp Spring 2015 - Severna Park Racquetball & Fitness Club
Our Spring Session will run Tuesday March 21- Friday March 25, 2016 Your children will have an action packed day at our fitness camp.
