Period 4 - Keeping a Writers Notebook - NBJH Room 329
Each student will be given a Writers Notebook. This is a safe place for students to keep ideas and thoughts like real authors do. We will explore different genres and mentor text. The students will explore ideas, develop volume, revise, edit and publish final pieces of their writing. This will be accomplished through a Writers Workshop format. Youth Sand Volleyball Camp - 5-8 - 2540 North Lexington Avenue
Ready for the summer Olympics? Join us for sand, sun, & volleyball fun. Players will learn what it takes to play sand volleyball, from skill development to small group games. Staff focus on helping youth learn the rules of volleyball while working on team play and sportsmanship. Individual skills taught: spiking, serving, setting and hitting.
