Teen Theatre Camp 2016 - Independence, MO
Baby Crow Teen Theatre Camp is a 5 day advanced theatre camp taught by members of NYC theatre company, Baby Crow Productions. The camp runs from July 5th-July 9th from 10am-5pm at 113 W. Lexington on the Independence Square. Tuition is $150 for the whole week. Campers will work with professional teaching artists to develop skills. This summer we offer specialty classes in areas such as, vocal performance, acting, musical theatre, dance, audition technique, and much more! Each class is taught by NYC working professionals and teaching artists from Baby Crow Productions. In addition to a traditional approach to training, our camp will provide campers with the experience of creating their own original work. Send a Deweyville Pre-Teen to camp - Odessa, TX
Butch's Sunday School Class is collecting spare change to send a pre-teen from First Baptist Church of Deweyville, TX (a suburb of Houston) that was devestated by the flooding last week to Highland Lakes Camp this summer. Normally the church raises funds by having fundraisers but as you can see...they will have to devote all their time to restoring the church. Chapel Hill's youth have attended this camp several times in the past with great spiritual success.

Urban Trail Bike Camp - Kids on Bikes Community Center
This fun and safety focused urban trail riding camp offers kids the opportunity to explore local trails that connect our city. Base camp will start at the Kids on Bikes community bike center, which allows connection by trail onto Shooks Run, Greenway Trail, and Midland Trail. Each day, participants will ride to a new location by utilizing bike trails and some neighborhood streets. The goal is to ride to a new destination each day such as to the library, Garden of the Gods Visitor Center, Velodrome, Popcycle Bridge, Pulpit Rock and more. The focus of this camp is on cycling safety, trail etiquette, bicycle commuting as transportation and basic bike maintenance skills like changing flats and solving gear problems. Please bring a sack lunch, a backpack, water bottle and a jacket. To prepare for camp, please make sure your child is comfortable on dirt with two wheels before registering for this program and would be comfortable riding 8-10 miles (sounds like a lot but we take a lot of breaks!). 7193553573.0

Tiny Cartesian divers show us how air behaves under pressure, well figure out how to get an egg into a bottle without breaking it and study heat transfer while we turn liquids into tasty treats!
