My son loved Camp Broad Rock. There was a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for my 12 year old son to choose from at this camp. This camp is for children from preschool through grade 12. Unlike other camps, Camp Broad Rock has an indoor aquatic center. My son was excited to know he could swim regardless of what the weather was like outdoors. Yoga helps the student find balance at any age, calming the mind and relaxing the body. This class helps bring active minds into union with active bodies in a non-competitive environment. Kids will learn new poses in a fun and playful way that stretches and strengthens their imaginations as well as their bodies. Mats are provided. Previous yoga experience is not required.
