Tremper Cheer's Basketball Kid's Camp - Kenosha, WI
Tremper Cheerleaders are holding their Basketball Cheer Kid's Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 4th from 9:00 am to Noon at Tremper High School. Girls will play games, learn cheers, jumps and a short dance. Cost is $30.00 which includes a t-shirt to wear on the performance day which is Tuesday, Feb. 7th @ 5:30. Girls should arrive at Tremper at 4:30 to run through things. The girls will do sidelines for the 1st half of the JV Basketball game with the Tremper Cheerleaders and then perform at 1/2 time with them as well. After halftime, they are free to leave. Summer String Fest I with Laura Norris - The Philadelphia School
This program is designed to be an extension of musical learning for students who currently take private violin or cello lessons. During this camp we will learn new songs, discuss playing technique, learn basic music theory, and play music games. We will end the week with a mini-performance, during which campers can showcase what theyve learned. Students who wish to participate must have completed at least one year of private lesson study on their instrument. Early drop off is available at no additional cost from 8:00am-9:00am. The Day Camps will emphasize fundamental skill development. The daily program will feature individual attention, small group instruction, contests and competitions, including 5-on-5 play. Put on your Chefs apron and work in small teams to create salads, entrées, vegetable dishes, and desserts (using healthy and fresh ingredients) of your choosing. Teams will research recipes, go shopping for groceries, learn how to select foods in a grocery store, determine how much their food product costs, and prepare and cook their recipes. To add to the fun, foods produced from each team will be rated with a check-list for taste, healthy ingredients, cost and presentation. Everyone gets to vote! The Cal State Fullerton Womens soccer team along with the Fullerton Futbol Academy is excited to announce the return our youth soccer camp held on campus here at Cal State Fullerton. This will be a fun filled week of soccer development where every camper will learn the necessary skills to excel in the sport. The camps will provide campers the opportunity to train with the Fullerton coaching staff as well as Cal State Fullerton college soccer players from the mens and womens programs This camp is meant for competitive or recreational players between the ages of 5-12. Each day of a camp a new concept will be introduced and trained with every session ending with a soccer game or competition. The camp will be offered in half day from 9am-12pm or full day from 9am-3pm (Lunch Provided).
