Senior camp is centered on small group instruction in technique, nutrition, and training for specific events. Our coaches go beyond the basics and fundamentals, instructing campers based on their age, experience, and goals. Our coaches are well-versed in the best coaching and training methods and are excited to share that knowledge with our campers. Events include pole vault, shot put, discus, sprints, long jump, high jump, javelin and distance running. Athletes will receive three full days of comprehensive training, technique and drills. We compete in a camp-wide track meet on the last day of camp. Come to camp ready to learn, set your goals, and make your next track season a success! (503) 229-4967

The Birchmont Fun Fest
They call is the 'Birchmont Experience' on their website. I call it the Birchmont Fun Fest because that's just what our two kids went through. Although they are only a year apart you would think they grew up in separate cities. What amazed me is how close they became. That was worth the price of admission! Spark those curious minds and imaginations this summer at the Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe!) cMoe camps offer quality experiences and are led by certified teachers. In addition to the weekly themed activities, campers have daily exploration time in our museum. All full-day camps are available to children entering 1st-7th grade for the 2016-2017 school year. Full-day camps begin at 9am and end at 4pm with the option of extended care for only $25 per week. For cMoe members, camp is $135.00 per week! Non-members are $150.00 per week. By popular demand, Stanford University Sports Medicine will be opening its doors again to expose its unique methods of medical care for the nations most elite athletes. The programs expert level clinicians will provide hands-on instruction of topics from the very basics of sports medicine care to the integration of cutting edge approaches to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. The program includes: Anatomy and Musculoskeletal Injury Emergency Preparedness Injury and Illness Prevention Movement and Performance Located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, see firsthand how advanced technologies positively impact injury recovery and training. Recommended for high school students interested in sports medicine or a career in athletic training. Specifically for those with no experience in Sports Medicine and students who have not taken a sports medicine class.
