Nowadays you're always cautious when it comes to placing your kids in the care of other adults. Thankfully there is Bishop Stoney Camp. One visit was all it took to put my mind at ease. I knew letting our boys go there for soccer camp was a good call. The counselors took good care of them making sure they didn't get into trouble and stayed focus on having wholesome fun. Skateboarding Camp 3rd-8th grades - Mitchell Park Community Center - City of Palo Alto
Challenge yourself and build self-confidence with a focus on safety, skateboarding fundamentals, conditioning and technique. Each day is structured as skateboarding lessons, education, snack time, game time and play time. Helmets are required and safety pads are strongly recommended. Session One - Beals Point Beach State Park
The Folsom Lake SRA Junior Lifeguard Program trains children ages 8-16 years of age in aquatic safety, while providing them with an interactive and well rounded outdoor education. Each participant is given instruction and hands on training in CPR/1st Aid and Aquatic Rescue techniques/equipment. Educational trips include a river-rafting trip, bicycle tour of the American River bike trail, and ocean orientation during the Santa Cruz camping trip. **Please keep in mind that one uniform T-shirt and a JG rashguard are included in the tuition price. If you wish to purchase more uniform items, you may do so on this same registration site. Our older campers will start their day at Cipriani School with camp activities and a healthy snack. Monday-Thursday they will head to Highlands Recreational Center in Footsteps vans and buses for a 1/2 hour swim lesson and 1-2 hour free swim. After swimming, campers head back to Cipriani for snack and afternoon activities. On Fridays campers will travel to Aqua Adventure Water Park in Fremont for a day of fun in the sun! NEW FOR THIS YEAR, each camper enrolled in swim camp will receive a Footsteps Sun Protective long sleeve rashguard-style swim shirt to wear while in the pool. 650-610-0715

Aquatics Camp - PreK-4 - Avenues New York
Over the course of 4 days, the PreK-Grade students will learn essential swimming skills through fun and games. Combining a games-led approach with excellence in coaching and instruction, each student will learn the core aquatic skills needed to be a competent swimmer. In addition to working on the four competitive strokes, swimmers will learn numerous other skills, which will give them the ability to participate in a range of aquatic sports including synchronized swimming and water polo. Swimmers will also practice water rescue drills and discuss water safety. Requirements: Must be in the PreK – Grade group. Swimmers will be grouped by age and ability.
