Send a Deweyville Pre-Teen to camp - Odessa, TX
Butch's Sunday School Class is collecting spare change to send a pre-teen from First Baptist Church of Deweyville, TX (a suburb of Houston) that was devestated by the flooding last week to Highland Lakes Camp this summer. Normally the church raises funds by having fundraisers but as you can see...they will have to devote all their time to restoring the church. Chapel Hill's youth have attended this camp several times in the past with great spiritual success.

Summer day camp including games, inflatables, meals, movies, and crafts. Drop-off each day is between 7:30 and 8:00. Pick-up each day is between 5:00 and 5:30. All meals are included. Robotics - Seattle Preparatory School
Do you think you can solve a highly interactive robotics game? Would you like to create an effective scoring robot both using tele-operated mode and autonomous mode using the VEX IQ Design system? If you answered yes to those questions, this is the camp for you! Students will learn how to design effective robots, overcome design challenges, and effectively use motors, gears and sensors in a winning combination to create a robot. On the last day of camp, participants will run their robots in a real competition in front of friends and family! VEX IQ robotics design system will be used to learn the art of engineering, science and programming. Willem Scholten is Seattle Preps robotics coach. He is passionate about introducing kids through hands-on learning, to the wonderful world of Robotics. Why Robotics? It is a perfect way to teach students about teamwork and to have them experience the wonders of applied math, physics, biology and the sciences in general, as well as computers and the arts (STEAM). 2063240400.0

Take an adventure outside the harbor for a day of surfing on Rhode Island Beaches. Test your core strength, balance and fitness in this paddling adventure. Challenge yourself with new skills, play SUP & Yak games, and enjoy the company of friends while exploring our local waters. Classes will combine stretching and fitness with fun and adventure.
