In this camp, gymnasts will learn the proper fundamentals of gymnastics. Our fun filled lesson plans will keep the campers interested and excited about learning the basics of gymnastics. Gymnasts will work on skills using the beam, bars and springboard. Gymnasts will learn forward and backward rolls, bridges, handstands and cartwheels. This introduction to basic gymnastics is both fun and rewarding. Parents please provide snacks for your child, as we will be breaking daily for a snack.
