This camp will explore subjects such a s animal behavior, biology, food chain, and the importance of biodiversity and conservation. Under close adult supervision there will be hands on interaction with real, live animals. Each day will feature a new animal friend, such as a reptile, amphibian, mammal, bird, or arthropod. Camp will include education, game, crafts, stories, and creative play. Please send a healthy snack with your child each day. Kid's Summer Art Camp - Lexington, NC
This summer art camp will be daily July 12th-15th from 10-12. Each day they will leave with a completed art project. 4 projects in total. Self-portrait, monster rocks, scratch art, and watermelon canvas painting. I will post pics of others in comments. Cost is $100 for the camp and includes all materials and lots of fun! Ages 5-12. MAS Youth Summer Camp! August 7th-9th - Junction City, KS
WHEN IS THE CAMP? The camp will, Insha'Allah, be from Friday, August 7th - Sunday, August 9th. WHERE WILL THE CAMP TAKE PLACE? Rock Springs 4-H Center in Junction City, KS. It is about 2 - 2.5 hours away from Kansas City. Transportation will be provided, Insha'Allah. (Please see details below.) WHO MAY ATTEND THE CAMP? Young youth boys and girls ages 11-18 only. WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND THE CAMP? The cost is $90 per child by July 24th midnight. After July 24th, the cost will go up to $110/per child. Registration space is limited. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER? For the early registration discount, register by Friday, July 24th. After July 24th, the cost will go up to $110 instead of $90. ICOI Youth Camp 2015 - Big Bear, California
Assalamu alaikum future campers. Insha'Allah on Memorial Day weekend we will be hosting our 9th Annual Youth Camp in Big Bear! The campsite is new, and we're sure that each of you will love everything about it. We've got great speakers lined up for the weekend, fun activities, and amazing counselors that are sure to make your experience memorable! Tickets are going to be made available on April 4th at 9 pm. Please note that we have limited spots that usually sell out within a day or two. Registration is $170, and you must be at least 14 & a freshman in high school. Arts in the Park - Norwood Local Park
You will create lots of cool artwork inspired by the great outdoors in this beautiful setting. Artwork may include paper mache, mobiles, sculptures from natural and recycled materials, mosaics, painting in the style of famous artists, collage and lots more! Play lots of games, sports and explore the park. On Wed campers walk to the Bethesda pool adjacent to the park. Campers must pass a swimming test or stay in the shallow end. Bring a bag lunch. There will be a $25 dollar material fee due the first day. This camp is a creative combination of art and space. Campers will use visual arts to explore the final frontier! Two dimensional projects, such as drawing, painting, and collage, will focus on design elements such as color, line, and shape. Using clay, campers will take inspiration from textures and patterns found in space when they learn the basics of hand building techniques and out-of-this-world wheel throwing.
