Chicago Bulls Basketball School Ages 6-8 - St. Pauls Lutheran School
No one can teach basketball better than Chicago bulls! This summer, learn from the best and let the Chicago Bulls teach you how to play like a champion! The Rookie camp (Ages 6-8) is a beginner camp focused on building fundamentals and fun drills to get the kids to understand the game and improve their play. For the older kids (Ages 9-12), coaches will work on the team comcept and refining/advancing the skills for the serious player. You are sure to improve your ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding and footwork. Each Chicago Bulls camp participant will receive an EXCLUSIVE UNITED CENTER EXPERIENCE! Individual Camp - Coors Event Center
In our Individual Camp, campers will be taught the fundamentals of basketball through games, competitions, and drills. We have assembled a camp staff of the finest coaches from around the country to provide the best basketball learning experience possible. League play will take place daily, giving campers the opportunity to apply what they learn in clinics and lectures while improving their overall skill and basketball knowledge. Sports Camp week 5- Basketball (ages 5-12) - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of basketball camp, children will focus on the fundamental skills necessary to excel in the sport including dribbling, passing (chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes), shooting (jump shots and full shots), and man to man defense. Agility and hand eye coordination will also be emphasized. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship. The third hour of basketball camp will focus on the basic rules such as traveling, double dribble, charging and blocking, as well as the duties of each position. Additionally modified games of basketball and cooperative games such as knock out, PIG, around the world and 21 will be played during the last hour. As the skills of each child advances, the third hour will consist of more realistic game like situations and a mini tournament based upon age group. Equipment will be provided. New This Year!
