The Baker University Soccer Programs and BCRC will host the Baker University Premier Soccer Camp this June 25-27 at the Baldwin City campus this summer for ages 10-18 for both boys and girls. The camp will be under the direction of Nate Houser, Baker University Director of Soccer; Davy Phillips, Head Coach of Baker University Womens Soccer Team and Matt Trumpp, former Baker University All-American and Sporting KC Academy Head Coach. The overnight camp will run from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. each day with breakfast, lunch and dinner mixed in with technical sessions, tactical sessions, video/pool sessions, and evening games. An early bird special is in place for those that register before June 1. The costs include professional instruction, three meals a day, housing in on-campus residential halls and a camp T-shirt. Self-portrait, monster rocks, scratch art, and watermelon canvas painting. I will post pics of others in comments. Cost is $100 for the camp and includes all materials and lots of fun! Ages 5-12. Overland Kids Halloween Party
Mark your calendars, put on your costume and join us for a fun spooky night with all your friends. We will have costume contests by age groups, pizza and a drink for the kids, scavenger hunt, games and prizes, and candy! This is a free, safe, indoor trick-or-treating event open to children ages 2 to 12 of Overland Residents, Overland Business Owners, and City of Overland Employees and their families. Parents are required to accompany their children for the entire duration of their stay. Registration will start on October 1st and will end on October 29, or until the maximum number has been registered. This event will be held on Friday October 30 in the gymnasium at the Overland Community Center from 6-8:15 pm, with check in time between 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. only. All participants must be in costume and donate at least one can food item to enter the event. Register on Oct. 1 and be one of the first 175 overland kids entered into this year’s extraordinary Kids Halloween Party.

Join us on Saturday, May 21 for our annual Kid’s Fishing Day at Camp Grace, sponsored by Team Jesus Ministries, led by Terry Chupp here in Mobile. All fishing equipment will be furnished and the first 300 kids will receive a free rod and reel. The event will feature air-ups, face painting and plenty of fun for the whole family.
