Kids Create! Session I: August 1 – 5, 2016 Session II: August 8 – 12, 2016 Ages 5 to 12 | commuter only | online application deadline: July 1, 2016 Fill your childs summer days with music, dance, theater, and visual arts. Children develop their imaginations and skills through drawing, painting, collage, movement, music, improvisational theater, creative dramatics, and playwriting. Classes are taught by professional musicians and artists from Rutgers Universitys Mason Gross School of the Arts. Each weeks offerings are unique, so children may participate in one or both weeks. Camp weeks end with showcases, giving students the opportunity to perform for their families. No prior experience needed. 2016 BAA Junior - Ripley Grier Studios
BAA Junior is a program designed specifically for young performers ages 6-10 who show great promise in musical theatre but are not yet old enough to attend our other workshops and intensives. Students will study voice, acting, and dance in a small group setting where they will develop their fundamental performance skills and explore their creativity. Classes will include theatre games, improvisation, vocal technique, song/scene interpretation, and learning original Broadway choreography from shows like Annie, Billy Elliot and Mary Poppins! The instructors for this program specialize in working with young children and every class will be an energetic, positive environment where the students can make friends and have fun! BAA Junior is also a fantastic opportunity for students to get introduced to Broadway Artists Alliance and prepare themselves for our other workshops and intensives. All students will attend a Broadway show, receive a private coaching from a member of our Senior Staff, and participate in a final Industry Showcase for Casting Directors, Agents and Managers who specialize in working with young performers! 212-561-9429

National Elite Camp: This camp is designed for a varsity athlete or club player who plays year round. It is an intensive four day training program including elements of individual, team and specialty training. Three sessions will be dedicated to individual skill development. Three sessions will be designed to improve the players skills within their specialty. The Spring Eagles Fitness Program (03/14/2016 - 06/02/2016) is a gym membership open to all LAMC Students 16 years old and up. Must be enrolled in at least 1 unit in the current semester to qualify for the student discount.
