The Defensive Specialist camp will be a two‐part camp that will focus on the defensive portion of the game as well as the serve receive aspect of the game. There will be a progression of each skill from the building of your platform to the actual movement of hitting the floor. This camp will teach you all of the skills and fundamentals that you will need to become the libero for your team. Campers will receive a T‐Shirt. 859-233-8300

CrossFit HighGear offers two JumpStart camps to choose from! KIDS CAMP runs from June 6 - 10 while TEEN CAMP runs from June 13 - 17 both from 10 am - noon. Registration includes a t-shirt and daily snack! Campers will participate in a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements. Participants learn to move their bodies and move them well, making them fitter and more resilient day to day. We focus on quality of movement before we push intensity. Regardless of age, ability or experience, campers benefit physically as their bodies adapt and become stronger, faster and more flexible. In this class students will be making both dip candles and mold candles, stirring the hot pot of melting material… just like magicians.
