Bio: I have been at Young Scholars of Central Pennsylvania since its inception in August of 2005. Teaching is my passion. It is exciting to see students learn and grow academically and gain social skills. I have enjoyed teaching 5th and 4th grade as a lead classroom teacher over the years. I have also taught Physical Education, Turkish and Character Education for both elementary and middle school students. Intro: In Turkish Conversation Club, we will use a variety of games and activities to promote Turkish language skills. In addition, students who are interested in Turkish Language Olympiad will have the opportunity to practice and prepare. Open to students taking Turkish as an elective (grades-6, 7, 8) 8142379727.0

We'll talk and have fun, it'll be cool, it's for anyone and everyone in high school! Here are more details, but they don't rhyme. This whole Seussing thing takes too much time! Our retreats begin Friday night and end Sunday early afternoon. At a retreat you can expect a weekend away full of building community, growing in our faith together. There are great talks, fun sessions, and time to pray, play, and relax! If you have any questions, let Betsy know! Fun, self confidence, and friends! Curriculum will include Magic, Puppets, and Juggling. There will also be daily magical performances by professional magicians, and other skills including balloon twisting and unicycling. Rehearsal time from 3:00pm - 6:00pm also available for $120 512-709-8060
Girls Lacrosse Camp, Grades 4-7, Licensed - Longmeadow High School
Days will consist of drills to refine basic skills and scrimmage play. Group will cool off daily at Reynolds Pool during the last hour of the camp. Bring your stick, mouth guard and goggles (mandatory) with you to camp each day Steve Dudeck, LHS Girls Varsity Coach and members of the Girls Lacrosse team will be instructing this camp. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BRING WATER BOTTLE, PEANUT-FREE LUNCH, SWIM GEAR, TOWEL, SUNSCREEN. The Senior High Workshop (SHW) provides a fun, challenging, inspiring, and fulfilling week-long experience for teens while helping them to develop leadership skills needed to succeed in diverse environments. Through innovative leadership activities and engaging group challenges, students interact with both peers and staff to develop a unique leadership style to apply to their lives at home. Throughout the week, teens are encouraged to set goals and are given the tools to achieve them. Additionally, the students meet other teens from around the state and have the opportunity to form life-long friendships with each other. The SHW staff strive to empower teens to be the leaders they want to be in their community and agents of positive change in society.ELIGIBILITY For students entering Grades 9th -12th during the 2016-2017 school year 301-444-8623

Sign up your child(ren) for a local camp that is full of play, activities and friends. Space is limited, so sign up early. Pre-registration is required. Camp is located at the Gonzales Center.
